Managing Partner
Dr. Nadav Shimoni established and serves as Managing Partner at A². In this role, Nadav oversees the fund's activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence processes, and ongoing support for portfolio companies. He serves on the board of Laguna, Rhino, Medminder, Eleos, Validic and Siftwell and No Barrier.
Dr. Shimoni is a physician by training. Prior to A², he served as the Director of Hospital Business Development at Clalit Health Services, Head of Business Development at Rambam Medical Center, and as an Associate at Accelmed, a medical device VC. In parallel, he conducted public health research focused on the implementation of data and AI-driven solutions in clinical workflows.
Dr. Shimoni holds an M.D. from Ben-Gurion University, graduating magna cum laude.
Venture Partner, Pharma-Tech
Dr. Raviv Pryluk serves as a Venture Partner at A², focusing on the fund's pharma-tech investments. In parallel, he is CEO and Co-Founder of PhaseV, which he founded in 2023 to apply causal machine learning to adaptive clinical trial design and optimization.
Prior to PhaseV, Dr. Pryluk served as SVP of Operations and Analytics at Immunai, the immunology mapping and reprogramming biotech, where he led the company's data and analytics function. Raviv holds a PhD in Neurobiology from the Weizman Institute.
Dr. Pryluk holds a PhD in Neurobiology from the Weizmann Institute of Science, which he completed summa cum laude.
Venture Partner, Go-to-Market
Dror Zaide serves as a Venture Partner at A², where he advises the fund and its portfolio companies on go-to-market strategy. He is also CRO and Co-Founder of Eleos Health, the behavioral health AI documentation and care intelligence company he founded in 2020.
Prior to his current role, Dror served as COO and CPO at Eleos, scaling the company from inception. Dror holds an MBA from MIT.
Across his career, Dror has built and led product, operations, and commercial functions at multiple early-stage companies.
Venture Partner, Provider-Tech
Ronen Lavi serves as a Venture Partner at A², focusing on the fund's provider-tech investments. He is also CEO and Co-Founder of Navina, the physician-first AI platform for value-based care, which he founded in 2018.
Prior to Navina, Ronen spent 24 years in Israeli Military Intelligence, including Unit 8200, where he established and led the AI Lab of military intelligence. He subsequently served as Head of the National Cyber Strategy Council in the Israeli Prime Minister's Office.
Over his career, Ronen has combined deep technical leadership in artificial intelligence with senior roles in national strategy and security.

Hani Lerman serves as CFO of A², where she oversees the fund's financial operations, reporting, and portfolio administration. She brings over a decade of experience as CFO at Arkin Capital, the $2.4B multi-strategy asset manager and A²'s founding partner.
Prior to and alongside her work with Arkin, Hani has spent more than 15 years as a serial CFO across a range of high-growth technology companies, leading their finance functions through periods of rapid scaling.
Hani currently serves as a board member of Sol-Gel Technology, and has previously held board roles at Exalenz Bio, Medical Compression Systems, and MTI Wireless.
Senior Associate & Platform Lead
Jason Zilberkweit joined A-Squared in 2025 and leads platform development while cross-functionally supporting fund activities. He is responsible for the efficient coordination of the firms resources, partners and broader network to create alignment and generate value across the platform. Prior to joining A-Squared, Jason led the North American insurance advisory practice at SOSA, a global innovation consultancy, working with innovation and CVC teams to design corporate venture strategy and execution through effective partnership development with emerging tech. Jason holds a B.S. In Computer Science with a minor in finance from NYU. Based in NYC, Jason began his career as a software engineer before spending the past 5 years in various strategy & operations consulting roles.
